Training Workouts


This step is necessary to  determine objectives and to specify ways which will be necessary to apply to reach your goals.

Two principal types of activities will enable us to get the right results.

1 - Cardiovascular conditioning and aerobics = improvement :

Good physical fitness, to be fit.

Maintenance or improvement of your physical shape.

Loss of weight and fat to get slim, to become thinner, more esthetic and healthy.

Specific physical preparation and reeducation.

Relaxation, human contacts (to avoid loneliness, avoid boring, exclusion).

 

2 - Weight Training = improvement :

Learning, good execution of movements, to get used to effort.

Accompaniment of a program for becoming slim.

Search of performance for a particular sport.

Maintenance.

Gain or grew of muscles, hypertrophy, body-building, esthetics.

Generalized specific preparation and muscular readjustment (lordosis.).
