In programs which builds arms muscles, exercises often use are flexions-extensions with dumbbels. For chest exercises more often use are bench press, raises, adductions, butterfly, abs..

 

Exercises selected are exercises most basic in workout.

 

There are lot's of exercises allow builds arms and chest muscles. Progressive, graduated exercise intelligently applied with adjustable barbells or dumbbells are the quickest, safest, most effective methods for keeping fit and developing muscular power. 

 

Training on guided station are more safety but movements are not perfect. Choose dumbbels, it's better.
