Workout Arms :  Two Arms Curls

Adjustable dumbbells are incomplete without barbells. Muscles and group of muscles must be stengthened from every possible angle. Every variety of exercises should be practice.

 

Perform each exercise at least ten times. Try to increase by one rep each week, gradually work up to fifteen reps. Gradually add all exercises from this section (arms).

 

The movements of the upper arm are controlled by many muscles. Three  different muscle groups are responsible for movement of the shoulder joint. There are muscles that have their origin on the shoulder blade and that are inserted into the upper arm bone (humerus); there are muscles that have their origin on the trunk and their insertion on the shoulder blade; and there are muscles that have their origin on the trunk and their insertion on the humerus.
